Corner Key Doweling Jig inspired by the Rockler Woodworking version. This jig allows you to bore a 45-degree angle with a ¼" drill bit through a mitered joint. You then drive a ¼" wooden dowel through the hole to reinforce the joint and create visual interest. The jig is not adjustable and should work on wood between ½" and ¾" thick. You will need: Two (2) steel spacers - measuring ¼" ID, 3/8" OD, and 1" long¼" drill bit3/8" drill bit (to ream out the opening in the jig)¼ wood dowelsdrillTwo (2) clampsYou will need to clamp the jig tightly to prevent it from moving, so it needs to be strong. I printed mine in PETG with a .06 nozzle, 5 perimeters, 30% infill, and with supports for the bushings.
