I designed a corner mount for the TP-LINK AX1800. I deliberately omitted a locking mechanism like the one used in the original mount. In my opinion, the router’s own weight combined with the slight wedging effect is more than sufficient. This makes removal much easier and avoids unnecessary fiddling. The recess in front of the mounting hole has a diameter of 16 mm. I used rubber-coated decking screws with a 15 mm washer, which fits well. The holes itself has a diameter of 5.3 mm. I recommend printing it with supports on the edges that rest on the build plate, because without them the model once slipped off the plate during printing. The supports in the center are probably overkill, but I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t fail again. Supports are also important for the overhang of the mounting slot. After printing, the supports need to be scraped out of the groove. Ideally, the part should be printed in an outdoor-resistant material, or at least PETG.I used PLA-CF and applied several layer
