International Edition (source available on Onshape, you can export part for solidworks and others formats -> right click on the left bottom column).
[EDIT] 23.5mm version. (still with M3, M5, and mdf 10mm)
Add some rigidity to the frame.
Printed with Cura, 0.4mm noze. I already adjusted hole sizes (for example: 25.5mm for a 25mm hole). Don't use Slic3r with XY_compensation.
Source available on Onshape (need to sign in first: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/56f6af3ce4b02aa4661792df/w/b2ff98a65bc9a2849e8f447c/e/aea965db81c9ed78ccab2710 )
Adapt the .dxf (or the onshape) to your size (it's 45° and the top of the whole thing is 11cm high from the ground), but it's ok to keep it like that, you can change the angle as you want.
You loose some place to put a big wood board in your CNC by the side, don't forget that.
Per foot:
- 2x M3-20mm
- 4x M5-25mm
- 2x M3 nuts
- 4x M5 nuts (optional)
- 2 to 6 wood screws 4mmx20mm
- mdf 10mm
