Coronavirus Mask

This is a emergency Mask !
no guarantee of protection class!

You can cut a earloop mask in 4-6 pcs to make the filter for this mask.
The filter can easy assemble in the mask.
You can adjust die wide of the mask with the strap

length of the two rubber bands: 35-45cm

smooth the edge with rubber, felt ore something else.

Print the Mask with PETG, PLA,...


UPDATE 2020-03-27:

I made another Mask with an exhaust valve for better breathing.

print the valve with flexible filamant (TPU,TPE,...)
or use a little peace of rubber.

Parts to print:

- valve_mask_1_0.stl
- valve_1_0.stl
- valve_cover_1_0.stl (small part. print it slow and/or with an 0.2mm nozzle)
- Strap_1_0.stl

fix the valve_cover with a little bit of glue at the mask, after you inser the valve rubber in the valve_cover

make sure the contact surfaces between rubber and mask are smooth!
