Corrugated roofing supports

This is a device to mount corrugated roofing panels to a structure. It allows the mounting at the top of the form rather than the bottom which is better for water dissipation.

There are three parts, a mushroom-shaped base, a screw cap and then a final covering cap. This latter part is optional. It has a very tight tolerance so you need to have no "elephant foot" on the screw cap if you want it to fit.

They print quickly and cheaply.

This was designed for 0.8mm sheet although it will probably fit thicker. The base is 20mm in height for a 19mm profile. Just use a countersunk decking screw for the fixing.
