The Corsac Rover is a mini FPV rover that uses nice quality Pololu tracks, wheels, and motors. With it's elevated front idler wheels, the design can easily climb over small objects, with the trade-off of being a smaller ground footprint, and higher CG. However if it does flip, it is capable of running upside-down.
Four magnets epoxied in place provide retention for the hatch. Two LED's up front provide light. These are hard-wired for now on mine, but if you really wanna pack the electronics in, a receiver operated switch could be added.
Why the name Corsac? It is a type of Fox, and Fox rule :P
This project represents 15+ Hours of CAD with multiple revisions, prints, and pictorial documentation - if you like it please consider a donation!
If you have a request or way you feel the design can be improved, let me know.
-A universal action camera mount is planned.
-A hatch with holes or vents may be made to let heat out.
Read Print notes below. Parts may need rotated
