Corsair Frame 4000D Mesh Side Panel Filter

I wanted to make use of the extra ventilation that the Frame 4000d has to offer but did not want to pull in dust so I designed a replacement insert that is a filter for the bottom mesh panel on the case. This model will need to be split into two sections for printing but it is sized so that the multiple sections do not move around once inserted into the side panel so there is no need to clue or connect the two pieces after printing. Just insert and you're done! You can change the porosity of the filter by changing the infill of the “Mesh” piece of the assembly, or you can make it solid and print it a different color to customize your case. While you can print in PLA, I recommend PETG for the increased material flexibility.
