tolerances are very small, you may need to sandpaper the inner cylinder a little to let it enter smoothly

I did print it with 3 perimeters (1.2mm) not to have infill in the wing

I just own 1 valve, so I'm not sure the direction of the wing is universal (but I think so), if that's the case, let me know in the comments, I'd try to make a customizable one
