Couch Armrest Cup Holder

The cup holder will fit yeti mugs, insulated koozies like a frost buddy, as well as most regular cups and cans. It prints with the arms flat allowing you to custom shape it to your couch so it holds in place good. Simply add some heat with a hair dryer or heat gun to the top and bottom of the arms and rest it on the arm of the couch and press it into shape, adding more heat as needed. The cup portion prints on a seperate plate and it has dowel holes on the bottom side for alignment onto the arms. The arms print in two sections to fit on the build plate and uses a dovetail connection to secure them together. Use the three dowels close together as a reference for the proper rotation. It should press together nicely and hold fairly well without glue, though I'd recommend lightly brushing a flexible glue like E6000 on the mating parts once you know it fits together properly.
