Makes
(Remixed from zBis' one to fit 6cm x 0.8 slat of my BZ*)
Printed with basic PLA, 200 microns, with thin supports.
Adjustments: Larger base and "fingers" are also a bit larger but their ends are smaller because original ones are too hard to plug. Now seems to be the perfect compromise between solidity / easy to put / stay in place (for PLA at least).
To be sure not to break the PLA, I suggest to put the slat inside before to push down into its final position. Do not require muscles to insert and doesn't move at all once done.
FYI, in France, it cost about 10€ for 4 of it… The estimate cost of this one is 0.19cts each.
Made with Blender, no .blend file provided cause it's simply "import STL and move/scale vertices".
So if you need to adjust, do the same with my STL.

(*) BZ is a sofa bed split in 3 parts (BZ = Bed Zigzag)
Don't know if this term is also used in english…
