Designed this for my Vizio 3.1 sound system. It has 2 speakers for behind the listener for both left and right. Didn't want to buy stands for them because I think they look tacky. So I made some mounts for them so that they could sit behind my couch. I've included measurements in a PDF so you can see if it can fit your speakers or couch. Designed in CATIA.
