Cougar QBX Handle

Handle for the Cougar QBX.

40mm M3 stepped bolts with nuts (old motherboard standoffs and intel cooler bolts) on opposite side. Non stepped bolts would probably work as well but I haven't tried.

I carefully glued the nuts on the other side then also use a 5mm screwdriver to hold them when attaching everything so it doesn't break the glue - glue isn't really needed but it just makes it easier as they stay in place.

Drilling through top of case and sliding top cover is required and needs to be quite accurate in order to get a good fit. It is very solid once everything is fitted well, I designed and installed these two years ago and have been using them several times a week to move the PC to living room and theater.
