A counter bore set holder, shanks are 10, 8 and 6mm diameter, for M10, M8, M6, M5, M4 and M3 cutter heads.
The holders interlock with other ones i have made, and are based on these ER32 collet holders :

The screws i use to mount these to the wall are called 'Flange Head Self Tapping Screws'
