This was printed on a Monoprice Maker Select V2. Repetier Host was used over USB to print, CuraEngine was used to slice
Additional settings are as follows:
Bed Temperature 60c
Print Temperature 210c
Print Speed 30 mm/s
Outer Perimeter Speed 34 mm/s
Infill Speed 74 mm/s
Shell Thickness 0.8 mm
Top/Bottom Thickness 1/2 mm
Support Distance XY 0.7
Support Distance Z 0.15
Skirt Line Count 2
Minimum Skirt Length 150 mm
I used a layer of blue painter's tape coated in a layer of purple glue stick. Because of this, no brim or raft was needed.
I did this remix so that it would be compatible with double gang electrical boxes commonly found in mobile homes. The extended edge covers the unused side of the box. The screw holes are also countersunk to allow the cover plate screws to sit flush with the surface, one feature the original design did not have. Lever orientation was done with the hole you slide over the light switch facing up. This ensures that you do not need
