coupling finger nut

I wanted to make use of Elproducts PTFE coupler, but the part cooling plenum on my Ender 3 did not allow sufficient clearance for the nut. I used Tinkercad to modify the nut to allow fit within the available space. The nut was extended vertically to allow finger tightening. A gear shape provided the serrations for adequate grip. The interior volume was shaped to accomodate the coupling shape.

The version I am currently using is printed of PLA, as is the coupler. I have had no issues with regard to heat.
