Here is a simple jig used to cut the corner of cover materials (paper, book cloth, leather...) precisely, to use with any of your bookbinding project. I designed 9 version with different length of leftover material in the corner, from 1mm to 5mm. They are all available in the same printing profile, just remove those you don't need. Prints well with Basic PLA I also designed a box to keep them in. It can hold 5 of them. It might be a little overkilled and unnecessary, but I like it anyway :) If you print the box : I have scaled the sliding cover so that tolerance fits the materials I use. It whould work on most materials, but if you have problem sliding the cover in, adjust the scaling to your needs. Don't hesitate to ask for more size or other modifications !
