Cover for Raspberry Pi 3

I made this for a new [Raspberry Pi 3*](https://www.amazon.com/Raspberry-Model-A1-2GHz-64-bit-quad-core/dp/B01CD5VC92/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=sl1&tag=tv17-20&linkId=0af824710f979c6b4211c979714aa292) (upgraded my [Octoprint](https://www.patreon.com/foosel) server), but it should also work with a Pi 2 and Pi B+ too. It has a larger cutout for the microSD card slot which isn't spring loaded on the Pi 3. [Octoprint](https://www.patreon.com/foosel) on the new Pi 3 is much more responsive, but I don't know how much of it is the faster Pi or the updated [OctoPi](https://octopi.octoprint.org/) image which no longer runs the GUI.

The case prints vertically in one piece without support, and needs to be bent slightly to slide over the Raspberry Pi.
