This is a cheap substitute for a glass-bottom dish (version 2). The chamber fits round coverslips with a diameter of 25mm. This is for seeding and imaging cells on a coverslip for experiments within a couple of hours. I also perfused the cell with buffer, and this chamber did not leak for my prints.I have not tried to see if this one can be used to hold cells for a longer time, for example, a couple of days. Please do not heat this chamber to over 60C. If you use ASA to print, it should be safe to heat to 60C, but I'm not sure about the leak. Please remember to make sure your prints are not leaky before actually using it. Please use 0.08-0.1mm layer. 0.2mm is really not good for this model.no support neededPlease use PLA tough or ABS or ASA!!!! PLA basic is leaky.Smooth building plates work for me. Please double-check that the prints are not leaky before actually using them. I also made a tray for this coverslip chamber.https://makerworld.com/en/models/1642054-coverslip-chamber-v2-tr
