This is a lower resolution version of the face mask design by fenec81. The resolution was so high that Cura refused to slice more than one; now that is no problem. (From 7 million faces to about 30 thousand using Blender.)

For best results, print with the front of the mask down (use the "select face to align to buildplate" function in the newer Cura versions for that). Also, both parts need to be lowered about 0.35 mm into the buildplate for good first layers.
The most important adjustment is to have the slicing tolerance set to "exclusive" under experimental settings in Cura. If this is neglected, the screw will not fit!
I recommend 0.8 mm wall thickness and no infill after having tried out some variations. A raft improves the printing success percentage by a lot in general, especially with low-area first layers like seen here.
You should also have your temperature and cooling settings figured out to properly print the relativ
