Here's a Covid 19 Medical Face Shield. It requires no tools and uses A4 PVC Binder covers as the transparent plastic, or transparency film. Normally 150 micron or 0.15mm
Has rear hooks for extra elastic if required.
V1.11 is the one I'm mass printing. It requires knowledge of bridging to print this. But I'll have a corrugated one soon to force the bridging direction

V1.12 is a faster print version with no visor as requested.

Print Setting mattshield V1.11 stackable
PLA Bed temp 80
Head temp 225
Air Gap between models 0.3mm
Adjust bridging to zero degrees for the shortest front to back bridge
Fits 150micron binder film
0.3 layer thickness
0.4mm extruder
about 75mins per piece print time.
Speed 4600mm/min or 76mm/sec
Infill 15-20% works well.

The 12 stack takes 12-13hrs to print on a FlashForge Guider2s

Files provided are for 1,2, 5 and 12up

And also a shorter version for smaller print beds.
