Based on Rat_Patrol's design (The face fit part) this filter housing has a larger surface area which allows easier breathing with the suggested filter media (see PDF).
I sealed the mask using rubber door seal material attaching it with a hot glue gun.

The mask is 3D printed using PETG plastic (the same as water bottles) with an added rubber seal “hot glued” to the mask.
The filtration media should be the best that you can get and breathe through, it should overlap the mask and be held in place with the retention clip.
Fitting for the first time:
Without the filtration media or retention cap, place the mask under your chin then offer it to your face, resting on the bridge of the nose, then place the straps over your head, the straps should be sufficiently tight to hold the mask in place with an effective seal.
To test the seal, cover the air intake (cling film) and breathe in, if you can feel the mask tighten against your face then it’s sealed, noting the positi
