I sliced the main body into 3 pieces because I'd rather deal with glue than supports.

Some alignment holes were added that will take 4mm lengths of 1.75mm filament. Cut another 45mm length of an appropriate color to make that little par on the closed end.

The separate embellishments can be printed in different colors, or painted separately, for a slightly better look.

One last idea is to cut some rectangles of clear binder cover or overhead transparency material to protect the card between the layers. A permanent marker could be used on the clear plastic to block out personal information without altering the original card.
