During pandemic situation, this tool is critical in hospitals however it is not enough at most of the hospital. So, an innovation is needed to combat this situation from become worse. When this product can be manufactured by 3D printing, it can works automatically, fast ventilator can be made as well as can reduce the cost of the production i) Ventilator Box- The function of this box is to hold AmbuBag, Moving Part, Spring, Flexible Hose, and Air Compressor Controller. Some of the area has been cut extruded to provides path and guide for moving part. ii) AmbuBag- AmbuBag is an essential part in all of the component. AmbuBag is made by flexible plastic and it would return from its original shape after moving part move backward. The function of this part is to provide oxygen to the patients. The amount of oxygen release can be control by air compressor. iii) Moving Part- Moving part is located between AmbuBag and the flexible hose. Once the pressure from air compressor is released, this moving part would move forward to compress the AmbuBag. iv) Spring- Spring is located at bottom of the plate. The function if the spring is to returns back position of the moving part after this part move forward. At the both ends of the spring, there are cut flatten to increase efficiency of the spring. v) Flexible hose- As a connector between moving part and air controller. This hose would expands once high pressure is applied. This hose is tightly attach to the moving part to prevent loosen after high pressure is applied from air compressor. vi) Air compressor controller- This controller contains electrical components. The function of this controller to control adequate amount of air and provide high pressure to push moving part.
