CPAP Hose Dryer

Edit 9/25/25 - added options for 60mm fans. This model allows you to hook up a 40mm (or 60mm) fan to blow air through your CPAP hose to help dry it out. Hose end of adapter tapers from 22mm to 22.5mm and fan side holds a 40mm fan (screw holes 32mm apart) or a 60mm fan with screw holes 50 mm apart There is a version to use heat-set inserts and a version that doesn't require heat-set inserts. If you don't anticipate removing and re-installing the fan too many times, the heat-set inserts may be left out. Required parts:CPAP hose to dry40mm fan (or 60mm fan)4 m3 screws approximately 5mm longer than the fan's thickness (I used 25mm screws for a 40x40x20mm fan. 30mm screws for a 60x60x25mm fan)Optional:4 M3 Heat-set threaded inserts.
