为AM4 CPU设计的硅脂涂抹辅助工具虽然硅脂大部分都是绝缘的，溢出到主板上也没什么大问题，但是清灰换硅脂的时候看着就是不舒服，所以设计了这个硅脂涂抹辅助工具，更好的确定硅脂的使用量（主要是利民的TF7太干了）本人实测使用安装散热器后几乎无硅脂溢出（利民TF7）
