CR-10 Bed Articulating Camera Mount

DISCLAIMER: this project is compatible only with the cr10 and 10s models, not the pro or the mini.

I really liked the "Articulating Raspberry Pi Camera Mount" I printed for my Prusa MK3S+ (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/3407-articulating-raspberry-pi-camera-mount-for-prusa-m), and I printed it with a bed mount (https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/67200-bed-mount-for-articulating-raspberry-pi-camera-for) so the camera image would stay fixed relative to the print. I liked it so much I wanted to use it on my CR-10S also, so I remixed this bed mount for the CR-10 to have a lug for the Articulating Camera Mount.

The v2 parts fit a standard CR-10 bed, mirrored for the left and right bed corners.
The v3 parts with bigger cutouts are for if you've removed your springs and replaced them with solid spacers like I have, also mirrored left & right.

Supports will probably be needed under the lug, as it sticks out over an inch.
