Cr-10 Cable Holder

I really liked the look and feel of kelokera's cable holder but I didn't want to have to take my z rod off to use it and my extruder doesn't line up with the filament guide on that holder so I removed the filament guide and added a hole that will allow you to put this cable holder on your printer without removing anything.
