After some simple CFD analysis, improvements in air flow is now providing over 50% more airflow into the pipe. Re-print "ext_front_v0.02.stl" (the fan housing) if you've previously printed v0.01

Pipe Cooler v0.01

Initially just for myself, some folks in the CR-10 Facebook group wanted it so here it is. There are probably better ones out there but I wanted something that looked good (to me anyway) and was functional enough. Still iterating and the next version will have enhanced air-flow geometry inside the fan housing.

The whole assembly is mounted by replacing the right side pancake fan. Everything else is friction-fitted, therefore no new screws are needed. Might need to lightly sand the connectors (not too much though) then force fit them.

EDIT: 40mm fan not included.
