CR-10 S5 Cable Support v02

I modified my modified item to allow for velcro strips rather than zip ties. This accepts 18mm wide velcro strips (roughly .7" across). I've been getting some head clogs and replacing the head with a spare so I can continue was getting tedious because f always cutting the zip ties then using a new one. So, velcro!
