CR-10 Simple 5015 Mount

I got a 5015 and decided better late then never to install it. Good thing I did, because my old fan died just before printing. That's why I never managed to get the last bolt on for the 40mm fan.

Tested with an installed volcano heater block. If someone can tell me the height adj I need for the regular heater block, that would help.

I'm also still experimenting with blower options. I don't have a lot of room to work with.

Updated the blower to have much better and less constricting airflow.

Forgot to add a new 5015 holder as the original one restricted airflow.
