This is the left bracket, I just mirrored it in Cura to print the other side.
I have a CR-10 S5 and bought the Z-axis support kit from Creality. First off it wasn't long enough, and second I stripped the end hole you are supposed to tap for 5mm threads. I designed this in Fusion 360 to work with M5x12 bolts and M5 T-nuts to mount to the frame. Theoretically it should fit any CR-10. Also found M5 x 150 threaded rods to extend the arms so they are long enough for the S5. Holes are not threaded but printed tight enough to barely hold the screw attaching the arm. M5 x 12 bolt sat flush but a longer one would be nice to put a bolt on the other side.
