CR-10 V2 BL Touch Mount

Until the metal mount is out, this is plenty strong and captures 2, M3 nuts. Printing in PLA or PETG is fine.

This mount requires no shims with the stock CR-10 V2 hot end. It positions the probe perfectly and our firmware has a CR-10 V2 / BL Touch toggle.
