CR-10 V2 Control Box Eliminator - Standalone Conversion

Update - 1/31/2021: Per some recent comments, I wanted to reiterate that this conversion includes an upgrade to a non-stock control board as well as replacing some of the stock wiring to account for components being in different places than they were in the stock control box.

Upgrading to a new controller board, wiring up a BLTouch, replacing stock wiring, wiring up relays, adding a RPi into the works and rolling your own firmware are a part of this conversion process and are outside the scope of a short description box for understanding how to do it.

I suggest researching these other topics and getting familiar with them before attempting this conversion.

Update- 1/15/2021: Re-uploaded the LCD box STL for the BTT TDT35 E3 screen as some people reported the existing STL was showing as corrupted.

Also added the STEP files for the control box pieces so that people can use them as a base to customizing the layout of the box!
