CR-10 V2 / V3 BLTouch Mount

The mount has the same dimensions as the original Creality holder for CR-10 V2. In Marlin, only an offset in the X-axis of 47mm is necessary. I have printed it in PLA and the accuracy is the same as with the original metal mount.
