CR-10s upgrade Pack

I cant take credit for any of this work But that being said I can say that all the files and parts shown are 100% working and I have printed and used and still am using on my CR-10s and I couldn't be happier.
All of the Mods or enhancements are a must have for anyone just starting out with a CR-10s for that matter I am sure but cant swear to it but i'm betting it will also work for CR-10s S4 ,CR-10s S5 and also for CR-10.

I hope everyone gets some great use out of all this and maybe helps everyone one out.
