CR-6 SE Bed Handle

This is a remix of this fantastic [bed handle](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4680749).

I broke the original design trying to snap it on. And didn't read the suggestion to soak the snap on ends in hot water.

This design requires you to remove 2 screws and the spacers, insert the spacers into the holes and put the screws back in through the spacers and part. Takes less than a minute.

The spacers are 8mm and the holes are 8.2mm which on my CR6 is a nice tight fit.
