File printing tips:

Outer elements is called as STONE in multibody STEP file, then you can easily choose it. Use marble stone or gray matt material
Inner elements is called BLACK, this one use PETG or PLA black
Glow element is called GLOW, this one use glow yellow filaments, or you can just use normal filament with very good contrast color like lime or something
Element cumulative minimum wall thickness is 5mm then it easy will be waterproof to avoid problems
You need about 400g of filament + 500g for change/clean filament, i hate it also
You can also print element separately and glue it together, why not? It's also possible
