Cracker Cutter

Simple cracker cutter with neat flower like shape

Ingredients for 3 baking sheets:

65 g plant-based margarine
300 g whole grain spelt flour
1 packet baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oil
150 ml water
1 tsp chopped rosemary (about 1/2 twig)
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough.
Cut out the shapes.
Place on a baking sheet.
Poke holes in the dough.
Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

For brushing afterwards:

2 tbsp melted plant-based margarine
1 tbsp water
Sea salt
Bake at 225 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes.
