We don't always need the entire blade edge.
For make a groove in the wood, cutting paper, or cardboard... crafts that require small cuts.
We only need a small portion of the blade edge... perhaps this is the right tool.

No support or screw... just plastic and a blade... there's a cover to protect you and the children.
