Craftsman Block Grinder Eyeshield

I found a Craftsman Block Grinder (model 397.19400) that was missing an eyeshield; the remaining eyeshield wasn't in much better condition so I decided to make some replacements.

This model is designed to have a piece of 1/8" polycarbonate embedded in it; the sheet I used actually measured ~2.35mm thick. The piece I embedded measures about 79.6 x 93.6mm and was adjusted to final size on a disc sander. To embed the polycarbonate, I used the "Pause at height" function in Cura to pause the print at layer 23 (the last layer before the lip that holds the PC in is printed with .2mm layers). I then dropped the PC in and resumed the print.

Many Craftsman Block Grinders look similar to my model, so this shield may work with others. There are 38mm (1.5") between the mounting holes; the mounting holes have a diameter of 6.5mm (1/4").
