Craftsman Snowblower Hole Plug

My (90's era 33" Craftsman) snowblower has these holes near the wheel axle and the main purpose appears to be for mouse entry. I'm no mechanic, but I personally feel that these sorts of things function better without mice or their nests inside.

This is meant to be printed on the side so the clips don't snap across layer lines. I used PETG so it has some flex.
