Creality Ender 3 filament guide

I have found the original idea from Leo-N. After printing the piece I have realized that PETF tube guide was obstructing access to the crews. As the holes were the size of screw head, I have also reduced the size of that holes down to 4,1 mm, so now the guide can be bolted to the extruder.
