Cremone Bolt

Bolt latch designed for windows and doors. Uses a rack and pinion to extend/retract the bolt from receptacles allowing the door to open. To save on plastic I used a dowel cut in half lengthwise for the bolt. One of the racks attaches to each dowel with a tiny screw.

He created a beautifully ornate stl of a cremone bolt. I imported the stl in Fusion, scaled it, and made it functional.
