This is a cricothyrotomy (cric) airway training model for training physicians and paramedics. Vinyl tape can be added for cricothyroid membrane and then cover with a thin sheet of foam or silicone to mimic skin and adipose tissue. Many adaptations of this trainer are available, but we like this one for the simplicity and size. Original model was created by Adrian Calma and is available under creative commons.
