Cricket dice game

Cricket dice game.
Roll the batting dice and player with the highest number starts the batting.
Start with batting and add score as you roll the dice.
When you throw the batting dice and it lands on "howzit", then other player throw the bowling dice.
After you dismissed ten players swap dices

Bowling dice:
S = Stumped
R O = run out
C = caught
LBW = leg before wickets
B = Bowled
N O = not out - continue with batting
