The cross-axis flexural hinge is a type of hinge that uses flexural elements instead of sliding parts. This means it has no backlash, high stiffness in the directions of constraint, and no friction in the rotating direction.
I've included 2 versions, one that can be printed as two separate pieces and assembled using 4 m4 bolts, and one that can be printed in one piece with support. The 2-part version seems good to just below 90 degrees.
