DESCRIPTIONHere is my design for a pair of cross-lock tweezers. Useful for holding small items without you constantly pressing on the tweezer arms. The cross-lock tweezers essentially operate in reverse to normal tweezers, requiring applied force to release or pick-up an item. If you are working around electrical wiring, non-metal tweezers like these maybe just what you need. The tweezers are 10mm wide and about 120mm long. For pressure longevity, the tweezer tips are best operated on items less than 10mm in size. The tweezers are easy to print and don’t need print supports. Only less than 11g to make. I made a few pairs out of PLA+ and PLA-CF, without issue. DESIGNA key goal in my tweezer design was to ensure that the tweezer tips had good pressure. Doing a print-in-place design may eliminate the need for multiple parts, but can’t provide good tip pressure. If you look closely, my tweezer tips are at zero stress about 2mm over-cross (not something you can really check for). In combina
