I have a couple of chest freezers that have been wonderful to be able to stockpile various foods, but there is an inherent problem with chest freezers: trying to get the stuff out of the bottom. If you have one yourself, you probably already know how it can be: either pull everything out to get the lasagna from a year ago (if you're lucky) from the bottom, or fight the constant avalanche of frozen food falling while you try to dig it out, somehow ending with less space available than you started. Because of this, my spring project was to organize a system to make life easier. From this need, I tinkered around and eventually came up with what I call Cryofinity. Its a system of baskets that stack perfectly with built in handles that keep things tidy. While designing, I did decide to forgo dedicated handles in favor of the holes that were going to already be throughout the basket.
