CS Ring Sanding Jig for Drill

Ad jig designed to securely hold a CS (circlip-style) ring in a standard power drill. It allows you to shave or thin the side of the ring evenly by spinning it against sandpaper or a flat abrasive surface.

A screw, bolt, and two washers are required to tightly clamp the ring in place, ensuring it doesn’t slip while spinning in the drill.

1. Hold sandpaper firmly on a flat surface
2. Gently spin the ring against the sandpaper while controlling pressure
