CTC Makerbot E3D Single MK2

I made this to hold a single E3D clone, it is very stable and requires very little to set up,
2 x M3 x 20 bolts, nuts and washers to hold it to the original carriage
2 x M3 screws to hold the back in place
1 x M3 long bold removed from the original carriage to act as a wire support.
